In order to conserve your appointment, client must keep their installation accessible to the technician. During a service call, in order to avoid additional cost, it is important to put in the reach of our technicians all accessories related to your swimming pool and/or spa. Please advise us 24 hours in advance for any cancellation of service.
Client must carefully read appointment statement, examine the technician work and report all labour or material defects within 3 days following the service call. Otherwise, we will consider everything was done to your liking and no adjustments will be made. Except if differently specified, POSEIDON guarantees its work against all deficiency for a 3 months period following the end of labour. All materials, equipments and accessories installed by our company are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties.
Pools and Spas POSEIDON is not responsible in any way for any damages on sidewalk, shed and on the field where the work, described on the invoice, has been executed.
Please be aware that invoices need to be payed ON RECEPTION. It is important to pay your invoice according the set delays. We accept payment by check, credit card, cash or Interac.
All amounts owe by the client, in accordance with this contract rest on a yearly interest rate of eighteen percent (18%) starting on the expiration payment delay granted to the Client.
ORDER
Each order is verified and validated by a POSEIDON customer service representative. Payment will be processed in full by PayPal payment service. Orders will be processed only if a payment was made.
The client is responsible for notifying POSEIDON where he/she wants the package to be delivered. Upon delivery, using the tracking number received via email, the delivery date and time will be available on the shipping carrier company website.
DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out by an independent courier company chosen by POSEIDON. POSEIDON is not responsible for any problems related to delivery. If the products are available, they are delivered within 10 business days. If the order is delayed for any reason whatsoever, the client will be notified by email as soon as possible. The tracking number will allow the client to know the delivery date of their packages. The client is responsible for checking the tracking number on the delivery company website. During delivery, the client must sign the receipt slip if he/she is present.
MONITORING
POSEIDON will email a tracking number to the address given during the online purchase. Please note that if you have a spam filter, it is important to verify if your confirmation email wasn’t sent there.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is damaged upon delivery, please notify a POSEIDON representative within 5 days. Photos must be emailed showing the damaged part to the following address: boutique@psposeidon.com. After this period, POSEIDON reserves the right to refuse warranty service. Missing items should also be reported to POSEIDON at 450-468-7378.
RETURNS
All items on the online shop are in liquidation, therefore all sales are final. POSEIDON doesn’t accept any return. If you want to file a complaint regarding a defective product or an error in your order, please send an email to boutique@psposeidon.com.
WARRANTY
The guarantee is issued by the manufacturer. This warranty applies only to products that are defective or damaged. POSEIDON can refer you to the manufacturer in order to honour the warranty.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The order must be paid in full. Payment can be done in many simple and secure ways: online via PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Interac) or by telephone with credit card (VISA, Mastercard).
TAXES
The company is based in Quebec, therefore, clients within the province of Quebec are subjected to pay GST and PST on their purchases.
