Administrative assistant (April to November) - Season 2021

Task description :

Taking calls
Make appointments in the management system
Maintain payments and accounts receivable
Follow up on the acceptance of submissions

Starting date: April 2 or later if a student

Schedule: Work weeks Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, possibility of a weekend day during high season.

Salary: $ 16 / hour the 1st season and increase to $ 17 / hour from the 2nd season.

Full-time seasonal position: From April 2 to November 2 with the possibility of renewal each year. Possibility of a student position with the schedules accordingly.

Experience: Minimum of one year in similar functions.

Level of study: Secondary.

Written and spoken languages: French written and spoken, English written and spoken.
