How to winterize your Ozonator during your spa closing?
When closing your spa or preparing it for the winter, be careful to properly winterize all spa accessories, such as Ozonator. The Ozonator is a reliable technology and allows you to save on your chlorine, bromine and/or lithium cost and makes the maintenance easier. in exchange for the system to continue to function well it must be closed before winter.
First, it must be electrically disconnected. Then disconnect the pipe that is below the device that brings the ozone to the spa. Finally, it would be ideal to store the system inside the house or in a cool, dry place if you have a nature spa. Otherwise, under the spa, the system can stay in its place.
The ozone generator is expensive electronic device; it must be handle carefully and close properly during the winter.
