Steam Bathing Instructions
Start by taking a warm shower.
Enter the steam room and let yourself be surprised by the intensity of heat.
Sit comfortably on a chair or bench.
The steam rooms are equipped with benches at different heights so that can find your ideal temperature.
You can add to the water vapor some eucalyptus or pine with soothing and decongestant properties for the lungs.
Do not extend your stay more than 15 minutes.
To avoid falling asleep, cool off under a shower.
Always end the session with a cold shower to lower the temperature of your body.
This is the perfect opportunity to use plenty of black soap. This plant-based olive oil, rich in vitamin E, cleans and nourishes your skin.
Rub your body with a loofah to remove dead cells. It will regenerate your skin while giving way to a new skin free of imperfections.
Relax and rest room and take the opportunity to re-hydrate.
Lie down and take time to recover. If you can, treat yourself to a massage with essential oils with a mint tea to complete the relaxation.
